Ingredients

  • 1 celery
  • 1 turnip (s)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 leek or spring onion
  • possibly vegetables, your choice
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (e.g. Becel Omega 3 oil)
  • some water
  • some herbs, mixed, frozen (8 herb mixture) or as you like
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly syrup, agave, something

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into cubes or slices, fry them in oil, add a little water and sauté gently. Season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper. If you like it a little sweet, you can add some agave syrup when frying it.

  3. Breaded feta cheese and couscous, bulgur or quinoa.
  4. Vegan goes well with:
  5. Seared smoked tofu, deglazed with soy sauce and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
