  • 1 large baguette (s)
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into slices. Finely dice the cooked ham and onion, grate the Emmentaler cheese and mix everything with the sour cream. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Put the mixture on the bread slices.
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place the bread slices on top and bake for 6 minutes at top and bottom heat, 180 ° C (preheated).
