Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped

- Mix together pepper, salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Add the chives and sour cream, stir and finally stir in the oil. This dressing goes perfectly with leaf salads, e.g. lettuce.
