Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, (spahetti, spiral, ribbon noodles, etc.)
  • 2 cubes broth
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oil
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Put the stock cubes in the pasta water instead of salt and cook the pasta in it until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, peel and dice the onions and fry them in a little oil. When they are slowly becoming translucent, turn up the temperature, add the diced zucchini and the finely diced garlic and fry with them. When the onions and zucchini have turned color, deglaze everything with 50 to 100 ml of water, turn down the heat a little and let the vegetables simmer through. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. When the water from the pan has boiled away, add the drained pasta and stir in.
  4. Then pour the beaker of sour cream over everything, stir in well and season again with the spices.
