Ingredients
- some oil
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 liter broth, instant
- 8 medium potato (s), boiled and peeled
- 4 egg (s), cooked and cut into small pieces
- 4 cucumber (s), (pickled gherkin)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 sausage, (cracker)
- salt and pepper

- Make a light stoving out of the oil and flour, pour the broth over it and bring to the boil.
- Add the sliced potatoes, the chopped cucumber, the chopped crackers, the eggs and the bay leaves and simmer briefly. Salt and pepper. Possibly add some cucumber vinegar. Depending on your taste.
