Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 chicken leg (s)
  • pepper

For the marinade:

  • 1 glass mango chutney, mild, approx. 230 g
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 6 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled coriander, ground

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken pieces, pat dry and cut the fillets into three pieces each. Divide the legs in the joint. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and place in a bowl (or a freezer bag). Pepper the chicken pieces on both sides and chill in the marinade overnight (at least 12 hours).
