  2. While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the tomato into small pieces, pluck the basil into small pieces, chop the pepper and peel the cloves of garlic.
  3. Drain and drain the spaghetti after the cooking time. Heat 5 - 6 tablespoons of olive oil in the saucepan and add the tomatoes, basil and the pepper pieces. Heat for about 3 minutes, then squeeze in the garlic and add a little granular stock. Put the spaghetti back in the saucepan and mix everything together.
  4. Arrange the dish on a plate, season with salt and pepper, possibly rub the parmesan on top and serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
