Add salted water and cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the rocket leaves into small pieces and place both on a plate.
Pour the noodles into a sieve, drain briefly and immediately pour them hot over the prepared plate. Spread the pesto on the pasta and mix with the other ingredients on the plate. Mix in the parmesan to taste and sprinkle some coarse pepper from the grinder over the dish.
As the pasta gets cold quickly when you mix it with the cold ingredients, it may be necessary to place the plate in the microwave again for about 1 minute before serving.
