Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 500 g quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 400 g strawberries
- 1 bar chocolate, white

- Whip the cream until stiff. Then mix in the quark, mascarpone, sugar and lemon juice and fold in the whipped cream. Pour into a bowl or dessert glasses. Puree the strawberries and add a little more sugar and lemon juice to taste. Pour the strawberry puree over the curd mixture. Finally, grate the chocolate and sprinkle it over the dessert.
