• 2 cups cream
• 500 g quark
• 500 g mascarpone
• 150 grams sugar
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 400 g strawberries
• 1 bar chocolate, white

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff. Then mix in the quark, mascarpone, sugar and lemon juice and fold in the whipped cream. Pour into a bowl or dessert glasses. Puree the strawberries and add a little more sugar and lemon juice to taste. Pour the strawberry puree over the curd mixture. Finally, grate the chocolate and sprinkle it over the dessert.
