Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Spaghetti with fried mushrooms, tomatoes and onions is a complete lunch dish that can also be served as a side dish with meat or fish. Pasta in this design turns out to be delicious and looks very appetizing due to the bright colors!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 160 g
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil – 40 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all the food you need.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet and sauté the onions for a minute over high heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Peel the champignons: remove the skin from the caps, and clean off the dirt from the legs. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  5. Add mushrooms to onions.
  6. Continue to sauté the onion and mushrooms over high heat for about 3 minutes.
  7. Wash the tomato, remove the stalk. Cut the tomato pulp into small cubes.
  8. Add the chopped tomato to the pan with the mushrooms and onions.
  9. Add salt and black pepper.
  10. Fry the tomatoes, onions and mushrooms over high heat first. After the ingredients are smooth, continue to fry for about 3 minutes, reducing heat to medium.
  11. While cooking the sauce, pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the spaghetti in water and boil according to package directions.
  12. Throw the spaghetti in a colander, let the water drain.
  13. Transfer the spaghetti back to the saucepan, and put the sauce from the pan here.
  14. Toss the spaghetti with the sauce.
  15. Serve the spaghetti with mushrooms and tomatoes immediately after cooking.
