Ingredients

  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 125 ml wine, white, dry
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • Salt and pepper, a.d.M.
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Parsley, chopped for sprinkling
  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, cut into fine rings and roast in oil until golden. Pour the soup and white wine on top, add the spices and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until firm to the bite, strain and mix well with the sauce. Arrange the spaghetti and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
