Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 60 g chocolate (dark or whole milk), rated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, chocolate and cinnamon while stirring. When the chocolate has melted, mix in the eggs. The chocolate is ready as soon as it has thickened, but it must not boil!
  2. Now the chocolate can be served. If you like, you can let it cool in the refrigerator, then it tastes good in summer too.
