Instructions

  1. Divide the spare ribs into pieces, rinse and pat dry. Season with pepper, paprika and marjoram, brush with oil. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and fry at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. In the meantime, grind the peeled garlic with salt to a paste. Add the chopped chilli pepper. Add tomato ketchup, oil and honey. Season to taste with sherry. If you like, you can add paprika and pepper again. After about 20 minutes of frying time, spread the ketchup and honey mixture on the spare ribs and finish frying.
  2. Baked potatoes with herb quark or French fries are ideal as a side dish.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
