Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the yoghurt with milk in the measuring cup, then add to the dry ingredients. Add honey. Separate the egg. Mix the yolks directly into the mixture, beat the egg white, then fold in carefully. Now add a large part of the blueberries and save a few to decorate.
  2. In a non-stick pan, fry about 4 tablespoons of batter with a few drops of oil. I do this over medium to low heat, about 4-5 minutes per side. So they are well done inside. For me it will be eight.
  3. I usually whip with whipped cream and serve the pancakes with a topping, garnished with the blueberries that I left over before

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
