- 180 g durum wheat semolina
- 180 g spelled flour type 630
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder, yellow
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot, e.g. Born mustard
- 3 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon water, warm
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral

- Put the flour in a bowl. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. If you want, you can increase the mustard flour and / or the mustard content.
- Knead well and then roll out as evenly and thinly as possible. Anyone who has a pasta machine can work with it. Cut the pasta dough into strips or give it another shape. I cut wide strips, twisted them and then left them to dry on a cloth or board for 2-3 days. Then you can put them in a container or a bag.
