- 150 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt
- 50 ml water
- Olive oil, for frying

- Knead the spelled flour with olive oil, salt and water to form a dough and roll out into thin flatbreads. Fry the flatbreads in olive oil for 3-4 minutes, turning several times.
- As an accompaniment to vegetables, pasta, raw vegetables and dips etc.
