  • 100 ml water
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • Vegetables at will

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with water, egg, oil and salt and knead well for about 10 minutes to form an elastic dough. Let it rest briefly while the topping is being prepared.
  2. Wash the vegetables as desired and cut into small pieces. Crumble the feta into small pieces.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and place on a greased tray. Brush with sour cream and spread the prepared topping on top. Season with salt and pepper and place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edge is slightly brown.
