Ingredients
- 250 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 125 ml water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 100 g tomato (s), dried in oil
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 150 g sheep cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- herbs Provence

- Mix the spelled flour with water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt, knead into a dough and roll it out thinly on a baking sheet on parchment paper.
- For the topping, season the sour cream and crème fraîche with freshly ground pepper and salt and distribute evenly on the dough. Then, one after the other, spread the spring onions cut into small rolls, the sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces and the sheep`s cheese cut into small cubes on the topping. Then put Provence herbs on the topping.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 20 minutes, until the sheep`s cheese is lightly browned.
