Ingredients

  • 1 pack puff pastry, from the cooling shelf (roll)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 2 spring onions or 1 small stick leek
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and then mix well together with the sour cream and about 1/3 of the grated cheese in a bowl. Season the cream with salt, pepper and a touch of nutmeg. Wash the spring onions (or leeks) and mushrooms and cut into fine rings or slices.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet (the one that is available in the supermarket in the fridge is usually already rolled up with the baking paper, otherwise don`t forget the baking paper!). Now first spread the sour cream evenly on it, then spread the leek and mushrooms on top. Scatter the rest of the cheese on top - and off to the oven.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
