Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 ½ tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • Olives
  • Capers

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. In a bowl, work the flour, water, oil and salt into a firm dough and then cut in half. Roll out each of the two lumps of dough very thinly and place on a baking sheet. Pre-bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  4. Covering:
  5. Season the sour cream with salt, chives and pepper and spread on the pre-baked tarte flambée. Sprinkle each tarte flambée with olives, onions and capers. Then bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Attention! It can burn very easily. Sprinkle with basil and chives before serving.
