Ingredients
- 1 roll (s) tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated shelf
- 4 fig (s)
- 150 g oat cream cheese (oat roll)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- a few stalks lemon thyme
- little salt
- some pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air.
- Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the parchment paper on a baking sheet. Season the crème fraîche with a little salt and pepper and distribute evenly on the dough. Cut the goat`s cream cheese into pieces, cut the figs into thin half slices and distribute evenly on the cream.
- Bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes. Finally, distribute the lemon thyme on the tarte flambée.
