Ingredients
- 220 g wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 125 ml water
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sea salt
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 150 g oat cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon rosemary needles, fresh
- 3 teaspoons honey (rosemary)

- Preheat the oven to the highest setting and cut the spring onions into rings 1/2 cm wide.
- Make a kneading dough from flour, oil, water and salt. If necessary, add enough flour until it no longer feels sticky. Halve the dough and roll out into 2 very thin (!) Flat cakes.
- Carefully place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with the sour cream and evenly distribute the goat`s cream cheese, spring onions and rosemary needles on top. Bake in the upper third of the oven for about 10 minutes until the base is crispy and lightly browned.
- Drizzle the flatbread with honey and serve immediately.
