Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 pinch gingerbread spice
- 1 pinch clove (s), ground
- 0.25 ¼ vanilla pod (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 100 ml amaretto
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream

- Put all ingredients (cut the vanilla pod beforehand), except for the amaretto, in a saucepan and heat - do not boil! Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain everything through a fine sieve and pour in the 100 ml amaretto.
- Distribute in cups and put a tablespoon of whipped cream on each and, if desired, dust some cinnamon powder on top of the cream.
- Warms very nicely from the inside, because it doesn`t always have to be mulled wine.
