Ingredients
- 4 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 250 g quark (curd cheese)
- 100 g sour cream
- 150 g ajvar, mild
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Sambal Oelek or Tabasco
- some chives, cut into small pieces

- Peel and finely chop the eggs. Mix well with the quark, sour cream, ajvar, garlic and chives. Add a little salt and pepper and season to taste with Sambal Oelek or Tabasco to the desired heat.
- Ideal as a spread, for grilling, fondue, raclette, etc.
