  • 500 g pasta (black spahetti or linuini)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • salt
  • 400 g prawn (s) (polar sea prawns)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Then pour in the cream and stir in the tomato paste, add the finely chopped chilli pepper and season with salt. Let it simmer and add the noodles to the boiling salted water.
  2. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the peeled, pitted and diced tomatoes and prawns to the cream sauce, do not let them boil anymore.
