Ingredients

  • 300 g double cream cheese
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Mix both types of cheese with the milk until smooth. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes, halve the onion, cut one half into fine rings, finely chop the other half, finely dice the cucumber
  2. Mix the cheese with the diced paprika, the chopped cucumber and the chopped onion, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, let it steep a little, season again and top with the chives and the onion rings.
  3. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread.
