Spicy Grilled Corn

The corn is sprinkled with a spice mixture and grilled.

Ingredients

  • Corn – 8 pcs.
  • Ground paprika – 1 tbsp + 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground cumin (cumin) – 0.75 teaspoon.
  • Dried thyme – 0.75 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Garlic powder – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Ground red pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Turn on the grill to preheat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, cumin, thyme, black pepper, garlic powder and red pepper.
  3. Peel the corn of leaves and stigmas. Grease the ears with vegetable oil, sprinkle with a mixture of spices.
  4. Grease the grill rack with oil, put the corncobs on it, cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
