Ingredients
- 1 small mango (s), ripe
- 4 stalks chives
- basil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
- Pepper from the grinder
- 10 g feta cheese, 9% absolute fat

- Wash the mango and rub dry. Cut the pulp from the stone in thick slices, dice and place in a bowl.
- Wash herbs and shake dry. Cut the chives into rolls. Pluck the basil leaves, set some aside and cut the rest into fine strips.
- Squeeze the lemon, add the juice with the chives and basil strips to the mango cubes. Season with pepper and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Serve the mango salad. Pat the sheep`s cheese dry with kitchen paper and crumble it over the salad with your fingers. Garnish with basil leaves.
