Ingredients

  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • Frozen herbs
  • flour, or starch

Instructions

  1. Peel the mushrooms and cut or quarter them. Wash the peppers and cut half of them into thin strips.
  2. Fry the vegetables in a little oil until they have reached the desired browning. Now season the vegetables with salt and pepper, but be careful with the pepper. Now you can add 1 or 2 teaspoons of sambal oelek, depending on the degree of spiciness you want. Delete the vegetables with the milk and add the herbs. If you e.g., If you don`t want to add cooked noodles to the sauce, you have to thicken the sauce with a little flour or starch.
  3. The portion of sauce is enough for approx. 125 g of uncooked noodles, depending on how much sauce you need. Just cook them until they are firm to the bite, don`t scare them off and then let them steep in the sauce.
