Ingredients

  • 400 g noodles (e.. butterfly noodles)
  • Salt water
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml broth
  • nutmeg
  • 250 g Goronzola
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and drain. Peel and dice the onion. Scald the tomato and dice like the peppers.
  2. Fry the minced meat in the oil. Add the onion, bell pepper and tomato and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and sweat the flour in it while stirring. Stir in the broth, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Melt 100 g cheese in it.
  4. Layer the pasta and minced meat in an oiled dish, pour the cheese sauce over it and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the casserole for 20-30 minutes.
