Minced Noodles

Noodle is a delicious and satisfying noodle casserole (yes, in principle, from any pasta, but most often from noodles). Like both adults and children. Noodles can be sweet (dessert) and with a savory filling. Today we will cook minced noodles.

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli – 350 g
  • Minced meat – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 120 g
  • Hard cheese – 80 g
  • Sunflower oil – 40 ml
  • Water for boiling vermicelli – 1 l
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Put the pork, beef, or mixed mince together with the small cubed onions in a frying pan with heated sunflower oil.
  2. Fry the minced meat with onions over high heat until tender, adding salt during frying. For pork and ground beef, 20-25 minutes of frying will be enough.
  3. Simultaneously with frying the minced meat, boil the vermicelli in water with 1 teaspoon of salt until tender. Throw the vermicelli in a colander, rinse with cold water. Let the water drain.
  4. Combine sour cream, raw eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Shake the combined ingredients with a fork or whisk. Combine vermicelli, minced meat with onions, and sour cream mixture. Stir.
  5. Place the noodle mixture in a baking dish. I have a round silicone mold (24 cm in diameter) with a small rim. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and cover the surface of the noodle maker with it. Bake noodles in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Minced noodles are ready. Transfer it from the mold to a plate, cut into portions and serve
