Casserole of Noodles

Vermicelli casserole is prepared with the addition of turkey fillet, spinach, cheese, and bell pepper.

Ingredients
- Thin vermicelli – 120 g
- Turkey fillet (boiled, diced) – 300 g
- Frozen spinach (thawed) – 300 g
- Monterey jack cheese (shredded on a grater) – 120 g
- Fried Bulgarian pepper, canned – 1/3 cup
- Cream cheese – 240 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sour cream – 0.5 cups
- Fresh basil (chopped) – 0.25 cups
- Garlic powder – 0.25 teaspoon
- Dried chili pepper (crumbled) – 0.5 teaspoon.
Directions
- Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a deep heat-resistant dish with a diameter of 22.5 cm with vegetable oil. Set aside.
- Boil the vermicelli until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Then drain.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, gradually add the eggs and sour cream. Add basil, garlic powder, and crushed chili peppers. Place turkey fillet, noodles, spinach, cheese, and roasted bell peppers into this mixture. Put this mass in a prepared form, place in a preheated oven, and bake the noodles casserole for 45-50 minutes. Allow the dish to cool for 10 minutes before serving. And then cut the vermicelli casserole into portions.
