Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, paprika, cauliflower, garlic and onion into thin slices or small pieces (the smaller cut, the faster it goes). Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the olive oil, chili sauce, ajvar, salt, pepper and rosemary and stir in.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and then place the vegetables on the foil. Sprinkle the vegetables with the cheese.
  3. Place the tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through. Sausages, steak, tofu or even herb quark, ketchup and dip taste great with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
