Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 80 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 ml poultry stock
  • 200 g plum jam
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic, dice it. Halve the chilli peppers lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into fine cubes. Cut the bacon into fine cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the bacon in it until golden brown. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute. Deglaze with the stock and let it boil down for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the hotplate. Stir in the plum jam and chili cubes. Mix everything well with the blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
