Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (Tunnbröd), soft Swedish wheat flatbread
  • 12 slices salmon (smoked salmon) or gravad salmon
  • 8 tablespoon horseradish
  • 8 tablespoon cream cheese, firm, full-fat
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon dill
  • some salad, mixed your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix horseradish with cream cheese and dill, carefully season with salt. Spread it on Tunnbröd. Cover each slice with 3 salmon slices, spread the salad on top and roll up.
  2. Cut diagonally into slices. Good as finger food and as a starter. Goes with the sharp reindeer roll.
