  • 500 g sweet potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cook the sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes. Peel and cut into thick slices. Mix the oil and chilli sauce and season with salt and pepper. Brush one side of the sweet potato slices with the mixture, place the coated side on the grill and grill for about 5 minutes. Brush the top with the mixture as well, turn and grill for another 5 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
