Ingredients

  • 1 Swiss chard
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • sugar
  • sesame
  • Hazelnut oil, optional
  • Rapeseed oil

Spicy Swiss Chard in Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic and the chard stalks into small pieces.
  2. Sauté in a pan with the chilli pepper and some sesame seeds in a little rapeseed oil for approx. 3 - 5 minutes. Cut the chard leaves into strips and add. Deglaze with Cremefine and simmer for 1 minute, adding the spices to taste. Finally stir in a little hazelnut oil if you like.
  3. Serve with rice or pasta.
  4. Variants: With grated cheese or meatballs, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes or curry.
  5. You see, there are no limits to your imagination.
