Ingredients

  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • possibly vegetable broth, grained

Instructions

  1. Wash the chard and cut into small pieces. Briefly blanch the stems and roughly chop them as desired. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chard and sauté briefly. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper (possibly a little vegetable stock) and reduce until creamy while stirring.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain and add to the sauce, sprinkle with the cheese and mix everything together well.
  4. Tip: You can also use spinach instead of Swiss chard.
