Ingredients
Ingredients- 1 head lettuce, (lettuce), small
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (approx. 250 g)
- 2 tomato (s) (approx. 00 g)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- some salt and colored pepper from the mill

- Clean the lettuce, wash it, spin it dry and shred it roughly. Wash the cucumber and peel it into strips, then cut in half lengthways, core and roughly dice. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Halve the pepper lengthways, core and finely dice. Peel the garlic and chop very finely.
- Whip the honey with lemon juice and oil and season the dressing with salt and pepper. Add the peppers and garlic and mix in.
- Mix the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes in a bowl, drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve the salad immediately.
- I have to make this salad more often in the summer, because my mother-in-law gives us tomatoes and cucumbers that I have grown and that`s how it tastes really good!
