Ingredients
- 1 onion (s), red, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber (s), finely chopped
- 100 g tomato (s), ripe, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon coriander greens, finely chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red, finely chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), green, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 125 g peanuts, unroasted, rouhly chopped (alternatively cashew nuts)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, black, ground
- 1 ½ teaspoon spice mix (Chaat Masala)

- Mix the onion, cucumber, tomatoes, coriander greens, chili peppers and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add peanuts and salt and fry for a minute. Sprinkle with pepper and chaat masala, stir and fry for one to two minutes (caution - burns easily). Remove from heat and pour over the salad mixture.
- Season with salt just before serving so that the ingredients don`t give off too much liquid.
