  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 700 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 150 ml water
  • 9 lasagne plate (s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 6 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Thaw the creamed spinach.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Fry in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until cooked through. Add thawed creamed spinach and bring to the boil. Add the water so that the spinach and mince sauce isn`t too thick. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Grease the bottom of a medium-sized casserole dish with oil and put in 3 lasagna plates, put the spinach and minced meat sauce on top, crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the sauce. Repeat the process one more time and finish with the sauce.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 10 minutes. Then take out the lasagna, beat 6 fried eggs on top, season and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
