Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 300 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g spinach leaves, fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable broth, grained
  • 1 teaspoon oregano and marjoram
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente as usual. Let cool and mix with 150 g cheese.
  2. Finely chop onions and garlic cloves and fry in olive oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in half a teaspoon of oregano, marjoram and vegetable broth, add the leafy mushrooms and the spinach leaves, sauté briefly.
  3. Now season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg and then stir in the eggs. Mix with the pasta, put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
