Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach leaves
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 corner (s) cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (Miree paprika chili)
  • 130 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • some lovage powder
  • garlic oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sauté in a saucepan in garlic oil until translucent. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil. Melt the sour cream, crème fraîche, cream cheese and cream cheese in it and then add the spinach. Add the grated Gouda cheese and let it melt as well. Season with the spices and enjoy as a sauce over pasta.
  2. But you can also use it as a fish rest.
