Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 300 g suar
- 80 g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 240 ml vegetable oil
- 240 ml water
For decoration:
- 200 g dark chocolate, as you like
- some chocolate, white
- 24 chocolate kisses, minis, different types chocolate

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Dough:
- Mix the dry ingredients. Add oil and water and mix everything well. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and distribute well.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Take out and let cool for about 30 minutes.
- Decoration:
- In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate and use a spoon to spread it over the brownies. You can vary the amount, depending on how chocolatey the brownies should be. Leave 20 g of dark chocolate to decorate the chocolate kisses. When the chocolate is still slightly warm and runny, spread the chocolate kisses on the brownies and let them cool.
- Then melt the 20 g dark chocolate and separately 20 g white chocolate and decorate the chocolate kisses with a toothpick or similar.
- Tip: If you want it to be a little more elaborate, you can also spread a ganache over the brownies instead of the dark chocolate.
