Ingredients

  • 200 g beef or pork steak (s), fried
  • 1 apple
  • 5 gherkins or 2 - 3 pickles
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cold steak and apple into fine, thin strips. Chop the onions and cut the cucumbers or gherkins into small slices.
  2. Marinate everything together with vinegar, oil and mustard in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. The mayonnaise is optional, which makes it a bit creamier, but the salad tastes great even without it.
  3. Finally let it steep for another 30 minutes.
  4. Fried potatoes go very well with this.
