Ingredients
- 400 g onion (s), small
- 1 ½ tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 350 ml broth
- 200 g sour cream
- Salt, black pepper from the mill
- 2 teaspoons marjoram, dried
- 500 g steak (s) (minute steak), pork

- Peel the onions, cut eighths lengthways and braise them in 1 tablespoon oil for 8-10 minutes. Add the sugar and let it caramelize. Deglaze with the broth, stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the marjoram and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
- Cut the minute steaks into strips. Heat the remaining oil, fry the meat in it over a high heat for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve with the sauce.
- This is served with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
