Stew with Turkey and Asparagus Beans

Dishes with an abundance of vegetables should be on our table every day. One of the options for a healthy meal is a stew with vegetables. If you need to prepare a quick and hearty meal, then you can choose a similar dish – a stew with turkey meat and green beans.

Ingredients

  • Turkey meat – 500 g
  • Green beans – 200 g
  • White cabbage – 200 g
  • Potatoes – 6-8 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Dill greens – to taste
  • Soy sauce – to taste
  • Ground allspice or seasoning for poultry/vegetables – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Oil is poured into a thick-walled container (preferably made of cast iron). Pieces of turkey meat are put in the butter. (You can take any meat, but it is better to give preference to a little fatty.)
  2. The poultry should be slightly browned.
  3. Onions and carrots are poured into the fried meat. Previously, the onion is cut into cubes, and the carrots are cut into strips.
  4. Soy sauce is poured.
  5. Pour in diced potatoes.
  6. Water is poured into the container so that it covers the potatoes.
  7. Everything is put on low heat for about 25 minutes.
  8. Beans are poured in.
  9. Shredded cabbage is added.
  10. Salt is added if necessary, seasoning is added. All vegetables are stewed until tender. Dill is poured. It is necessary to bring the dish to a boil again with herbs.

Served stew with turkey and hot beans.
