Eggplant – 6 Pieces
Onions – 2 Pieces
Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
Salt, sugar, pepper – To taste
Vegetable oil – 50 Milliliters
Minced pork – 300 Grams
Directions
Eggplants should be washed, tails removed. Remove the skin from the eggplant and cut the pulp into cubes.
Twist the minced meat in a meat grinder or take ready-made.
Chop the onions into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add raw minced meat to it later. Simmer the onion and minced meat until tender.
In a separate skillet, fry the eggplant in vegetable oil. Simmer until almost done. Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper to taste.
