Stir-fry with Mushrooms, Meat and Rice Noodles

Stir-fry to this recipe is prepared with mushrooms and meat and mixed with rice noodles before serving.

Ingredients

  • Wide rice noodles – 170 g
  • Beefsteak (cut into strips) – 400 g
  • Shiitake (cut into slices) – 2 cups
  • Fresh baby spinach (washed) – 170 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Green onions (finely chopped) – 1 glass
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Fresh ginger (chopped on a grater) – 2 teaspoon.
  • Spicy sauce (hot) – 2 teaspoon.
  • Dark sesame oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Sesame seeds (fried) – 2 teaspoon

How to make a beef stir fry with mushrooms

Directions

  1. Boil the rice noodles in water until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Rinse the finished noodles under cold water, discard in a colander, let the water drain.
  2. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Put the meat and onion in a preheated pan, fry for about 1 minute. Then add mushrooms and garlic, cook for about 1 minute, add spinach, cook for about 1 minute, until the leaves wither.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger and hot sauce. Pour the contents of a frying pan with this marinade and cook the meat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 seconds. Place the noodles in a skillet, pour in the dark sesame oil, season with salt and stir-fry for about 1 minute until the noodles are fully warmed up.

Serve the finished beef stir-fry on a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
