Strawberry Dessert with Protein Cream

Recipe for strawberry dessert with protein cream. Desserts will not take much of your time.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry – 550 g
  • Lemon (juice) – 0.5 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar – 200 g
  • Instant gelatin – 30 g
  • Protein cream – to taste

Directions

  1. Sort the strawberries, wash and remove the “tails”.
  2. Grate strawberries through a sieve or beat with a blender.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Add powdered sugar there and mix.
  5. Pour in the gelatin and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
  6. Put on low heat and, stirring constantly, heat to 80 degrees so that the gelatin dissolves.
  7. Beat with a mixer for 7 minutes.
  8. Moisten the silicone mold with water and pour the strawberry mixture into the mold. (If you do not have a silicone mold, you can use any container, but first, cover it with cling film or parchment paper.) Put the strawberry dessert in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
  9. Remove the dessert from the mold.
  10. Decorate the strawberry dessert with protein cream (see the recipe for the cream at the link in the product list) using a pastry syringe. Place fresh strawberries on top.
